Refund & Exchange Policy.
-You may exchange or return your purchased item/s within 30 days
-We inspect every order before it is shipped, but in the unlikely event of a manufacturer fault to the item, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. We will refund any purchased items with manufacturing faults. We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.
-We do not refund products if you change your mind.
-Sales items or any products sold at discounted prices including Harry Chaos bundles and non-exchangeable.
How to return a product
If you need to return a product you can do this by visiting the Contact Us page, filling out the ‘Contact Us’ form at the bottom page, and selecting one of the ‘Returns’ categories as your subject query. We will email you through a returns form within 24 hours.
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to include your returns from with your order number, name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your return.
